Day 3 Update:

Hey everyone, Richard here with my Day 3 update on my weight loss journey with NativeFirst Nutrition. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve already lost 4 lbs since starting this plan! 🎉


Blending My Dinner Shake:

One tip that has made a huge difference for me is blending my dinner shake with ice. It transforms the shake into a delicious, ice cream-like treat! This has made sticking to the meal replacement much more enjoyable and satisfying, especially in the evenings.


Modifying My Plan:

To keep high-calorie cravings at bay, I’ve slightly modified my plan to include 2 regular food dinners each week. This adjustment helps me stay on track without feeling deprived and ensures I can enjoy some of my favorite meals in moderation.
